About Neon Law Foundation

Founded in 2021 with a mission to increase access to justice with open source software

Our Story

Founded: 2021

Neon Law Foundation was established in 2021 with a clear mission: to increase access to justice through open source software. We recognized that technology could dramatically improve how legal services are delivered and make them more accessible to everyone.

Our team develops innovative legal technology solutions primarily using Swift programming language. We believe that open source software is key to democratizing access to justice and making legal processes more transparent and efficient.

Since our founding, we have focused on creating tools and standards that make it easier for AI to ground itself on legal templates and workflows. Our work is centered around three key technologies:

  • Swift Programming - We build robust, efficient legal technology solutions using Swift for both server and client applications.
  • Neon Notations - Our standardized approach to legal documentation and computable contracts ensures consistency, reliability, and AI compatibility across all legal processes.
