None of those names is the architecture. The architecture is the seam. The Template declares; Restate runs. An OIDC
provider establishes identity, while Navigator's database decides authorization. StorageService keeps object bytes
behind one contract. OTLP is the telemetry export boundary. The current local loop uses a production-shaped KIND
dependency tier because it gives the code a real Restate journal, identity provider, object store, database, and
telemetry collector to meet. The next developer-experience step may replace the cluster with native Rust process groups,
but it must preserve the same environment contract and real-path tests. We do not call a mock a migration.
